Automation

Within Welkin, when events are raised, actions will automatically be triggered in the Care portal. Care team members can spend more time with patients on important clinical matters instead of spending endless hours with follow up emails and calls and manually creating tasks for care team members. Communication can be automatically sent to patients when forms are completed or their enrollment into the care program has been completed. 

Notifications are automatically created for care team members when important information becomes available for a patient. Tasks can be created for care team members to follow up with patients or other care team members when data collected about the patient is not as expected.

Timed automations can be configured to occur before or after events and actions in Welkin.
