Care Management Platform: Welkin Health
There are three main applications in Welkin Health:
- Admin Tool – Customer Admin tool that allows management of environments and users
- Designer Tool – Configuration tool that allows a Solution Designer to configure all of the care program content and other configurations needed for the care program
- Care Portal – Application where the care program is executed by the care team and patients are being cared for
Self service environment management
Welkin customers will have the ability to create and manage all of their Welkin environments. Our Admin tool will allow a user who is set up as a Customer Admin to create, edit and delete Sandbox and Live environments for building, testing and executing care programs.
