Overview
Task Management
Task Management allows you to control:
- Task Templates
- Webhooks
Task Templates are designed to assist Care Team Members in providing routine care to patients, completing follow ups, and or track shared work queues. Welkin Health provides the capability to simplify task assignments by utilizing Task Templates. In the Task Template tab you are able to create and modify all of your Tasks. Previously Custom Events were under Task Management and have now been shifted to Automations.
Webhooks in Designer are created to be a naming and calling convention to configure Automations. Webhooks will allow the system to either send or trigger external APIs seamlessly. The remainder of the configuration will be completed in the Admin portal. See here to learn more about Webhooks.
