Help Section
The Help Page is a customizable area which allows your organization to enter relevant information to assist users with processes, workflow, configuration, or use case.
Typical information that is added to the Help Page includes:
- Common Welkin questions and answers or internal organization processes
- Documentation links
- Contacts for further assistance
The Help Section is accessible to Welkin users by clicking on the Question Mark in the upper right corner of Care.
To configure the Help Page for your organization, select the Help Page menu item in Designer to open the Edit Help Page text editor.
The options in the menu bar are similar to the functions of most text editors and allow for entry of text or HTML.
To enter HTML, select the <…> option in the menu bar.
