Features Overview
eRX: Tokens
Tokens enable providers to submit an authentication code while sending a prescription.
It is recommended that all providers who will actively be sending prescriptions via the DrFirst integration have at least two tokens. This can be a combination of both hard and soft tokens.
If using a combination of two soft tokens they will need to be installed on two separate devices (such as a cell phone and an IPad).
If your provider is interested in acquiring a hard token, please submit a JIRA ticket and we will be able to ship this to your provider.
As a reminder – resources are available for assistance with provider onboarding.
Please reach out to csm@welkinhealth.com if assistance is required with tokens or provider onboarding.
