We love to hear your ideas for Welkin Health. You can now add Product Feature Requests via Jira Support Desk! Feel free to add feature requests today. We thank you for your support with tracking product improvements and issues through Jira. If you have any questions at all please reach out to your CSM directly.
Instructions
- Navigate to Welkin Health’s support site: https://welkinhealth.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
- Summarize Feature in the heading
- Description – Provide a detailed description of the feature request with your businesses use case to support the need for the feature. Add as much detail as possible in this section to help our Product Team evaluate the feature.
- Priority – Note your priority for this feature (note this will be reviewed by our Product Team, however this is not a guarantee to be added to Welkin’s Roadmap by a committed timeframe.
- Product Category – List the product category (dropdown menu)
- Provide any attachments that would help support your usecase
Thank you for sharing your ideas with Welkin. Features are reviewed monthly during our Product review meetings and are taken under consideration for Welkin Roadmap candidacy.
