Support Overview

Welkin aims to ensure you get the support you need for our platform.  We offer both Standard and Enterprise Support offerings which best suite your needs. (refer to your contract to understand which plan your signed up for and what services are covered).

Regardless of Standard vs Enterprise Support Welkin utilizes Jira Service Management to process all customer ticket requests.  In this section you will find details of how to enter tickets via the tool.
