JSM Work Requests & New Licenses: Instructions

Welkin’s Jira Service Management Tool allows our customers to seamlessly request Professional Services work requests, Integration Requests and New License Requests through our service portal.   We ask that all of our customers follow this process to for tracking purposes and to ensure your requests are answered promptly by one of our team members. If you have any questions at all please reach out to your CSM directly.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Welkin Health’s support site: https://welkinhealth.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
  2. Select “New Implementation/License Increment / Work Request”
  3. Summary – provide a quick summary of your ask (ie please add 2 licenses to our account, delete assessment, add additional user to Dr First, etc)
  4. Description – provide full details of your request in this text box
  5. Product Category – Select the appropriate Welkin from the dropdown
  6. Attachments – provide any applicable attachments if needed

** Note there should be no PHI attached to tickets – this should be saved in your secure Customer Dropbox
